Come and taste traditional food of our region: the Tortei de patate, perfect as an appetizer or tasty snack accompanied with slices of Trentino Federation speck and with products from our garden. Our pasta dishes are the typical potato gnocchi, strangolapreti with melted butter, canederli according to the ancient recipe. The second proposal is very rich, but the main ingredient is the polenta with the flour milled directly from us!
The restaurant is open for the guests of the agriturismo with reservation.
Actions for sustainability
The accommodations have been restored with attention to details that help to protect environment: the technology of home automation to avoid leaving lights on in the room and check the temperature, re-use of rainwater to drain into the bathroom and the garden irrigation, a cohibentation of the house to prevent heat loss, solar panels for water heating, lots of wood for the furniture and the rediscovery of the stones from river Fersina on the stairs of the old farmhouse, energy efficient light bulbs.
